Little Monkey’s Downfall

The Little Monkey is rather adept at plucking the top cup from a stack; but the subsequent delighted leg-kick is his, and the tower’s, downfall…

(It’s a bit of a shame that the bib obscures his smart shirt, which makes him look awfully grown up; but he’s currently dribbling at a Premiership level, so bibs are a permanent fixture. Anyway, here’s a bonus photo of the dapper young monkey.)

A Life on the Stage Beckons

Apologies for the dearth of posts lately, have been busy helping the Little Monkey to learn lines for his upcoming role as Professor Quirrell in the local Mums-and-Babies production of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.

"Ah, Master Potter, I've got something in my turban for you..."

His audition for the part of a baby Cap’n Jack Sparrow, in a flashback in the next of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, didn’t go too well; the director thought his maniacal grinning was a bit OTT for the role.

"Ooh arr, me hearties, etc."

But, you can expect to see a baby-faced villain in one of this year’s big blockbusters
